TOP TWO SUPPORT QUESTIONS:
#1. "My barcode does not scan or is not formatted properly?"
For Technical Issues (barcode does not scan or is not formatted properly), please read the product manual before
contacting us (it's only about 5 pages). 90% of barcode formating issues can be quickly resolved from reading the
product manual. The manual is installed with both licensed and demo products and can be found under
START>PrecisionID Barcode Package>Users Guide. If you cannot find the product manual, it may be downloaded by
clicking here.
If your issue is not resolved from the contents of the product manual, please forward a sample of the troublesome
barcode to the e-mail address below for our technical support team to examine.
#2. "I placed an order but did not receive my product?"
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes a link to download your product.
Find that e-mail and follow the link. If you did not receive the e-mail, verify it was not filtered by anti-spam
software and then contact us.
