I just purchased your product recently and am trying to set up a a badge template with a QR code. I have created the excel source file and the badge template word doc and imported the data. The QR code seems like it is generated but I can only see a small portion of it. Please advise.

Hello Deborah,
Thank you for contacting us. I have a few questions for you to assist in troubleshooting this issue.
1) Did you follow the instructions beginning on Page 4 of the user manual for integrating the VBA macro in Excel to encode the data prior to applying the font?
2) Is the issue with seeing the entire QR Code present in Excel?
3) Is the issue with seeing the entire QR Code present in Word?
If you can please email us to [admin (at) precisionid.com (Replace (at) with “@”)] with screenshots of Excel and Word to outline what you are seeing and the answers to the above questions, we will be able to assist you further.

I just responded to your email with a screenshot of where to make the next edit to hopefully resolve the mail merge issue. Let me know if you can follow that instruction and if it resolves the issue for you.
