When working in Excel, I get an all 0 barcode. But the format is good.

Thank you for contacting us. Which specific product are you using, and which version of Excel are you working in? Also, please provide an example of the data you are trying to encode into your barcode, which barcode symbology you are wanting to generate, and a screen shot of the barcode you do generate.
